About CAitlyn SKolnick, MSs, lCSW

You don’t need to do it all on your own.

I'm Caitlyn, a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience and a deep passion for supporting the mental health of women and mothers. My goal is to help women—whether they are navigating motherhood, career demands, relationships, or personal challenges—find peace of mind and emotional balance. As both a therapist and a mother, I have a firsthand understanding of the struggles, joys, and complexities that come with these life stages.

Throughout my career, I've worked in outpatient clinics, schools, and nonprofits, gaining valuable experience in supporting women and families through various challenges. I hold a certificate in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, reflecting my commitment to helping mothers navigate the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. In addition, I have extensive training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and I continue to draw on these evidence-based techniques to help clients process trauma and move toward healing.

I provide therapy exclusively for women and mothers, along with parenting consultations to support your child’s emotional, social, and educational needs. Whether you're navigating IEPs, 504 plans, or other challenges, I’m here to guide you. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, finding balance, and supporting your well-being—helping you thrive as both a mom and an individual.

My mission is to support women through the emotional challenges that come with postpartum, motherhood, infertility, and loss, as well as the complexities of modern womanhood. My goal is to empower you to navigate these experiences with confidence and clarity, offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to help you find balance, strength, and resilience in every stage of life.
